Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Washington's RPG Adventure Shop (the "Shop"), operated by Favela Tech LLC. By accessing the Shop or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

The Shop provides digital items and perks for use on the Washington's RPG Adventure Hytale server. Purchases are licensed to your account for in-game use only and are non-transferable and non-resalable.

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of server rules, fraud, or misuse.

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided except where required by applicable law. If you experience a delivery issue, contact support so we can investigate and, if appropriate, re-deliver the item.

Favela Tech LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the Shop, content, and intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Shop except as expressly permitted.

The Shop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Favela Tech LLC disclaims all warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Shop means you accept the updated terms.
